Who qualifies as an NFL/Sports Fans?

First and foremost you must have a true need to buy, sell, rent, finance or refinance a home within 90 days of joining the network. Qualifying NFL and Sports Fans include anyone who enjoys watching NFL games and/or their favorite sports teams every season and can provide documentation to prove it. Your assigned NFL Legend Experience Manager will assist you in becoming an NFL Fan if you're not already.

 

How Does the Savings Work if I Buy a Home?

When you collaborate with one of our network advisors to buy a home, you'll save between 0.5% and 1% of the home purchase price. For example, on a $300,000 home, you'd save $1,500 to $3,000, depending on your selected Network advisor. Reach out to your Network Advisor or NFL Experience Legend Manager for more details.

How Does the Savings Work if I Sell a Home?

Working with one of our network advisors to sell a home results in saving between 0.5% and 1% of the home's sale price. For instance, on a $500,000 home sale, you'd save $2,500 to $5,000, depending on your chosen Network advisor. Contact your Network Advisor or NFL Legend Experience Manager for more details.

How Does the Savings Work if I Finance or Refinance a Home?

Collaborating with one of our network advisors on financing or refinancing a home earns you a lender credit of $350 to $500 or more at closing, depending on your selected Network advisor. Connect with a Network Advisor or NFL Legend Experience Manager for more details.

How Does The Free NFL Legend Experience Work?

How Does The Free NFL Legend Experience Work? Enjoy Free Experiences when becoming a member, as long as you genuinely intend to buy, sell, rent, finance, or refinance a home. Consult with a Network Advisor offering the specific real estate service you require. Pay a monthly fee of $75, rebated upon completing your actual real estate transaction. Note: If your transaction closes outside our network, provide proof for a rebate. If you don't close within six (6) months, you won't receive a rebate. You're not required to use a National Football Legend Real Estate Network Advisor, but consultation is necessary for your FREE NFL Experience. What if I already have a real estate agent?

If your real estate agent is interested in learning more about our program to save you substantial dollars, have them contact us directly. We'll explain how being a participant in our real estate network can earn them more business and, more importantly, save you money. Do I Need To Use Your Network Advisors To Receive Free NFL Experiences?

You're not obligated to use any of our Network Advisors, but a consultation with our Network Advisor specializing in your real estate need is a must and is necessary to qualify for our FREE NFL Experiences. Each advisor you work with allows you to save more dollars. Most network members prefer to work with as many advisors as possible to maximize their savings, especially considering our advisors meet our 5 Star Rating Scale. Everyday Heroes include, but are not limited to current and former law enforcement officials, nurses, doctors, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and all other first responders, as well as healthcare professionals. Additionally, all branches of the military, both former and active, and school teachers, spanning from Pre-K to post-secondary educators, to martial arts instructors, qualify. What Does It Cost to Join Your Network?

Joining our real estate network costs a monthly fee of only $75, with all months rebated upon proof of closing your real estate transaction. Note: Your transaction must close within six (6) months of your membership inception. Contact Network Administration for details and clarity.
